I this based mostly on the book or the movie? It's fine if it's the book I was just curious sense I'm more familiar with the movie then I am with the book lol

I love how you recreated the book version of VDT, the Lone Islands section. What was different was Ed and Lu trying to get away after being unleashed, fighting Pug, and then Caspian showing up. I also like how you delved into their minds, especially the Lucian bit. And the ending, Caspian staying with Lucy, was just great.

I came into this story when you had finished, but all the A/Ns are still vastly amusing.

Really well written, and I thought the characters were really good and the plot did hold some depth with the slave traders that the film at least didn't touch upon.

I hope to read some of your other things :)

Another very good Lucian fic. I always am a bit of a fan of Caspian (or anyone for that matter) going and rescuing Lucy. You did a very nice job with it. I enjoyed that you did tie in a little bit of Lucy's strong character, although based on her personality I do think there could've been a little bit more. I've read very few fics though where the author finds the perfect balance (at least in my mind, much of it really does boil down to personal preference anyway) and all things considered you did an excellent job.

I'm so pleased you enjoyed the stories. Lucian's had a bit of a renaissance since the release of VDT and suddenly people have been finding my old fics again, which is awesome! The reason I said I *probably* wouldn't write any more Lucian (never say never, after all _) is because I felt that I'd end up repeating myself if I wrote any more. At one point I thought I might do a rewrite of the dark island chapter to shoehorn in a bit of angst or hurt/comfort, but I ended up feeling I was overdoing it. I haven't given up on Lucian - it'll always be my childhood OTP - but I had other more pressing plotbunnies to attend to!

I'm seeing VDT tomorrow so I may get some inspiration from that - but to be honest, the extreme age difference of the cast kind of puts me off even though Ben Barnes is an undeniable fox. Book-wise, I always just glossed over the ages and imagined Lucy was 15 to Caspian's canon 16. The rest I sort of explained away by the "Narnia makes you older and wiser" schtick.

Anyway, thank you so much for your review and I'm really pleased you're enjoying the Lucian renaissance while it lasts!

I've read now, all your Caspian/Lucy fics, this is the last one. So I'm wondering if "No Wrong Things" is the fic you're talking about *sobs* like being the last story about Lucian you were going to write.. (note to self, review your other fics)

You're killing me, I want to praise you and rave about the many things I liked about this story (or your stories), but I can't concentrate! . I can't stop thinking that you won't write anymore Caspian/Lucy story.. *cries* WHY? Where did your muse go? Do you need a Ben Barnes spamming avalanche? He's reason enough to write. I'll tell you! What? Just forget about those sacrilegious and horrifying last minutes in Prince Caspian) How can you give up on Lucy and Caspian? The whole fandom is flooded with Caspian and Susan (that ungrateful b..!)*cries* Not a single LJ community for them (at least one that updates regularly) not even a Y!Groups :'( Have mercy, we have to stick together, we're outnumbered.

Anyway, much later I'll try to leave you a proper review *sniffs* It was good while it lasted.

This was beautifuly written, engaging and really almost better than the books (but then again, I've never like Caspian/and whateveer Ramandu's daughters name is,

I loved that it wasn't overdone, but I can help but thin what would have happepened if she'd had been taken like the other female slaves and also why -as a queen of narnia- she dodidn't sacrifice herself to save others, as i think she would have done
