It really pisses me off when people change a system because they don't like it, and make it into something that doesn't make sense. DADA and Charms are NOT compulsory! They never will be! Almost everyone who wasn't in the DA failed their OWL because of Umbridge. It can't be compulsory if people can't keep upbecause they failed. Same withCharms. Just put it back to how it is in the book!
