Only the Hero of Time can wield the Master Sword. This is a great story, and I know you are already past this chapter, but just letting you know, that one point is annoying me to no end.

Only LInk can pick up and wield the Master Sword.

Fantastic story. Would be a real shame if you chose to discontinue it.

Read this all in one day, and I'm really sad that this fanfic has died. I can perfectly see how epic the final battle could have been. Even though you won't be finishing it, I'll still favourite. This was a truly amazing story, with many heartfelt moments and surprises. Thank you for taking the time to write this.

Hey everyone, i suppose this is looong over due. And I cannot apologize enough for building this story up so much only to stop it dead cold in it's tracks. Because many of you have emailed me about it, I feel that a summary for the ending is the least I can do for everyone who has followed the story thus far. You all deserve to see the vision I had for the end but feel I can no longer write out. So here are the key points.

~Link and Raphael regroup with the other warriors awaiting them. They set off (with Cassandra in tow) back to Germany. Siegfried has sent a message ahead to rendezvous with his old gang the Schwarzwind. They have been laying a weak siege to Othrinesburg castle where the Schwarzstrum now reside.

~Once both groups meet up, they plan out their next attack not realizing that Siegfried is slowly starting to lose control due to Cervantes' strong influence in the region. During the night, Siegfried, as Nightmare, escapes and returns to Othrinesburg castle as a puppet to Cervantes. The true master of the blade. The others find out, and Link sets off to rescue his friend despite the dangers. Everyone else is spurred into action despite having next to no plans. This sets of a chain of reactions as other warriors who were not part of Siegfried's group join the fray including Mitsurugi, Taki, and Spawn.

~The group gets split during the attack but Rafael, Kilik, Talim and Xianghua meet up with Link outside the throne room. Spawn arrives to fight for the Soul Edge sword but Rafael and Kilik remains behind to allow the three to proceed ahead while they square off with Spawn.

~In the throne room, the three must face Cervantes and a newly restored Soul Edge. In the course of the fight, they realize that Soul Edge has grown more powerful and they are fighting a losing battle.

~It is at this time Link reveals what he has planed this entire time. He has planted the shards of the spirit sword with in Xianghua's, Talim's and Siegfried's weapons. Similar to the Triforces of Courage, Wisdom and Power, it creates three new spirit blades once Link sets off the catalyst which is by playing the sacred song on his ocarina. This sound reaches Siegfried who is still present with in Soul Edge and awakens the spirit sword of Courage with in his blade the Zewiehandler.

~Cervantes regains control of the Soul Edge sword and transports them all to a void demension to do battle. The arena crumbles and Link tumbles over the edge but Siegfried manages to grab hold of him.

~As he hangs there, Link hears the voices of the goddess and he finds that the triforce of courage has been returned to him. They are calling him back home now so that the soul warriors can carry out their destiny in the final battle. Link promises Siegfried he'll return once his world is also safe. And he lets go of Siegfried's hand.

I even had an epilogue planned at the end where Siegfried, Talim and Amy hear Link's ocarina...

And that was the ending I planned. I simply ran out of steam before the big showdown and then I was less than impressed with the newest soul cal installments. But I hope that this summary will give you enough to envision what I had seen for the ending of this fic, I cannot apologise enough for never finishing it. I thank all of you devoted readers, I hope this will repay your support in some small measure.

Hi, I've noticed that this story hasn't been updated for several years, which is a shame. It was one of my favorite fan fictions ever. If your not going to finish updating this story, could you at least let us know how this story was going to end. Either through email or by posting something. I would really appreciate it and I'm willing to bet a lot of your readers would too.

Are you going to update this story? I know it's been YEARS since you last did, but this story is WITHOUT A DOUBT my most favorite Soul Caliber fanfic ever. To see it simply die like this...just isn't fair.

If you have no intention of finishing it, could you at least post an outline of what you'd originally planned to occur? Anything to explain the how, why, when, and where for what will or would've eventually happened?

If you do decide to start this fic again, I swear that I will be your most avid and loyal reviewer/reader out here! Please! I'm BEGGING you! This story is truly one of the best, if not THE best!

I'd have to say that this is the best Soul Calibur/Link fanfiction I've read. I love the chapters with how Link is getting Amy to like him and how Link saves her life in the end, changing Raphael's decision to kill him. And the way Link interacts with all of the characters is great. (Especially Talim and Yun-Seong.) Raphael's

I was disappointed twice in this story though. One was when Link lost to Rapheal. I mean Link's the Hero of Time. He defeated the King of Evil himself and has been fighting monsters sense ten. The second time I was disappointed is how Link saved Amy. I was so expecting him to take out the Fierce Deity's mask and kick some butt with it. Instead he pulled out a knife and used Din's fire. It was still very good, it's just that in almost every fan fiction, Link uses Din's fire at times like this and I though for sure the item that Amy found in Link's bag had been the Fierce Diety's Mask.

Over all, awesome story though. I really hope you continue writing it.

I almost wrote my own cross-over of LoZ and Soul Calibur because of this.

I stopped immediately, but I did have the idea of adding Ganondorf into it as well, his appearance in the Soul Calibur world being a mystery as well.

This is one of the greatest I've ever read.

This story has been my favourite fanfiction of all time for about three years and it's still on chapter 29. Im dying for an ending! Please finish it! I beg you!
