Reviews for Gloaming
Saint Snape chapter 4 . 8/10/2014
Brilliant and bittersweet. I can't help but hope just like Harry Severus waltzes back into his life once again.
Sneery chapter 4 . 12/3/2011
Alright, so I said I might never read a Snarry again. I lied. When I saw the sequel I stayed awake all night... It's actually after 4am now... to devour it. I'm feeling a bit less devastated now. I actually believe Snape cares for Harry this time, but one can never be sure with him.

His ... mess when they broke out was really creepy. Worse than any strange creature fic I ever read, although I usually stay clear of them. Really, I'm not sure "Horror" wouldn't be the more adequate genre for this piece of awesome writing.

Really love you for this. Wouldn't make sense to go to bed now, so I'm off looking if you wrote another Sequel.
ThatBloodyWoman chapter 4 . 8/6/2010
What a coincidence, just yesterday I was discussing the similarities between Severus Snape and Hannibal Lecter (not least the fact that nobody else can play their roles, only Anthony Hopkins and Alan Rickman. Any other actor is simply inconceivable!) Very satisfying suspenseful fic, I just read the prequel and I would have reviewed that too but I simply couldn't delay reading the sequel. Thank you for your very intriguing and original fic, I really enjoyed it.
fugu chapter 4 . 4/27/2006
Your story is perfection, just absolute perfection.

How do you come up with these things? It's insane.

It makes me aware of my body, makes me feel human.

Yeah, this story is incredibly human.

btw. if you want to use french in any of your other writtings, feel free to mail me.I'm a native speaker and there's nothing that wrankles me more than reading a wonderfully written and well developed story in english and then have the characters speak bad french. For a moment it kills the suspension of disbelief. lol
Xlayer chapter 4 . 1/25/2006
Good Lord...You are brilliant...that is all I come up for the fabulous story that you have weaved with its strains of darkness and light, oblivion and realization...You are brilliant.

Keep Writing,

- X.
MPS chapter 1 . 3/4/2005
Well, like I said; no self control. I'm reading the sequel. I'll leave a proper review at the end. This is just to say, if you ever feel the inclination to review your story, Arienette's french isn't really right. (neighter is Snape's but that's ok as he said so). Well actually , there is only one phrase that is off. The «Ne me pensez pas ne voient pas où ceci va». If you meant her to say«Don't think I don't know where this is going» then have her say «Ne pensez pas que je ne vois pas où ceci va». It is also slightly weird that she uses vous to snape.
Skylar chapter 4 . 1/27/2005
Needless to say that you writing has left me speechless, yet again. I'm at a loss of words, my heart is pounding in my chest just thinking about what you have written.

I can't possibly think of anything to say about how wonderful this story is, because there isn't a word in the english language to fully describe how brilliant your stories are.
SeparatriX chapter 4 . 11/6/2004
"Say good-bye on a night like this

If it's the last thing we ever do

You never looked as lost as this

Sometimes it doesn't even look like you

It goes dark

It goes darker still

Please stay

But I watch you like I'm made of stone

As you walk away..."

Brilliant story..can't wait to see the next one.
nepenthene chapter 4 . 10/7/2004
These two stories were incredibly good. I wouldn't mind seeing more set in this universe if you ever got the urge to write about it again.
padfootfe chapter 4 . 5/30/2004
Even better than the first. Once again I'm crying and don't know why. Your story is touching, sad, deep...ect. I could go on thats how i feel about it. Shame though that they didn't stay together. Oh well time to move on and i'm glad he's not depressed anymore.
FitzChivalry chapter 4 . 5/19/2004
Yeah! a sequel is in the works. I can't wait. I have so many desires in regard to what you might do; however, I know it is not right to influence a writer. Anything you write will be an amazing journey.
Rissa Potter chapter 4 . 3/13/2004
I am so excited about a sequel. Will Harry totally fall for Alarbus? Will Al feel 'something' stops Harry from loving him? Will Ron take sides and whose? Will Severus allow it to go on without trying his mind games? He let Harry go, but somehow I think he really is obssessive. Can there be a middle ground where an auror and a death eater (serial killer?) can find happiness?
RhiandraChristine chapter 1 . 3/9/2004
Yeah! Thanks, Armand. I can't wait. I will make sure to tell the yahoo groups when I see your update.
Thanks again.
Lexxie chapter 3 . 3/8/2004
**Clapping Hands and Cheering**
Thank you, thank you, Armand.
Did everyone hear that? We are going to get more! Yes!
I will patiently await; real life is a priority. I am glad you are writing and thinking of a sequel.
Armand Malfoy chapter 4 . 3/7/2004
At the request of Lexxie(and because I managed
to get out of bed early this morning):
Hi everyone! *waves*
Some of you have said that you'd like to see more
of this fic. I have to apologise, because I did
mean for it to be part of a trilogy. The past few
months have been REALLY busy (and I doubt if
things are going to be much easier any time soon)
but I've started writing again anyway. Things are
moving slowly, but there is a general plot out-
line for a third and final piece, titled
"Schadenfreude." Updates will be
sporadically posted on my livejournal,
users/lixtetrax.
In the mean time, there will probably be a few
shorter, non-Lachrymose pieces. I'm working on
a BIG Snape/Harry project, but don't expect it
anytime soon. ;) Finishing this series is top
priority for the time being.
As always, thanks for reading. Have a great day!
~Armand
