On an unnecessary sidenote: Waya would probably know what a nose tesuji is (Hana tesuji I guess), since it's a tesuji that appears fairly often in Go. It's the key move that controls most liberties in some local fight shapes, and thus it might with the right timing become a good or a battle-deciding move. Blah etc blah blah. :D
I really loved the fic though. And Shindou's sweet taste of victory.

Thought that I should have submited a review earilier for the number of times I have read this and yet still unable to hold my laugh. I first came across this from a link at fleetingfancies and had to agree that it's a brilliant piece for its length. So much difficult to write a short ff which well reflects the characters and yet funny and ... (picturing Hikaru and Waya's facial expressions...) Will you write more such short stories?
