I very much like this. Your structure, grammar, and plot are amazing. I also don't think any of the characters are really OOC. Just my opinion ;)
Anyway, I really like this and look forward to reading more of your works. Thank you for writing this.

I told you I would review on the PPC board. This story is so sweet and really great. It was also pretty interesting to read the part with Galadriel and baby Arwen. I personally wouldn't say there was any OOC-ness at all.

Very nice, especially the bit about the grown-up twins deciding to act like elflings and still feeling just a touch of sibling anxiety. Everyone seems remarkably in character, right down to Arwen, sleeping through it all. I guess I only have one question. Once labor starts, I think babies don't kick much. There isn't really any room for kicking. But they might wiggle.
