imelda72 chapter 1 . 1/30/2006 One thing I love about your one-shot Ginnys is just how much they talk. Very few authors make this a clear attribute of hers, and even JKR doesn't show it, though she says Ginny 'never shuts up.' But you definitely make it a part of her. It was even more remarkable in another fic-I can't remember the name, but it was where Ginny kisses Harry because Cho and Michael's demonstrativeness is pissing her off. She was INCREDIBLY in-character for that entire fic. |

Linaeve chapter 1 . 9/15/2004 And she’d blush, and say, "Oh" in a shy sort of way that reminded him of the Ginny that had used to stick her elbows into butterdishes and be rendered speechless at the sight of him. There's still some of that firstyear!Ginny in her yet ) |
Pyrinsomniac chapter 1 . 12/27/2003 Too totally awesome. I like how you've melded older and younger Ginny. |
Basil M chapter 1 . 10/14/2003 Aw! How cute! I've got a paper to write, and a friend suggested I read your fics in between pages (or paragraphs... or sentences...) to keep me going. But I'd much rather write a review. This flows very nicely. And is not overly cheesy, as I sometimes find fluff (even my own, despite best efforts otherwise)to be. And just so... Harry and Ginny. Gotta love those two. *wistful sigh* Shall I go on? I'm getting a strong urge to read everything else you've written. Sadly (or, perhaps, fortunately), the need to graduate is also a strong urge. But never fear, I will be back. The orgins of the first world war can only hold my intrest for so long ;). |
