I just wanted to say thank you for actually writing a story worth reading. So many authors on this site write tasteless stories with little to no plot, and no sort of real theme or message. Your writing is genuine, and well-written, which, on this site, is something rather uncommon. Keep up the good work and I can't wait to read more!

Wonderful chapter! I really like the tension between Kenshin and Kaoru. It's so sad, why can't they just be straightforward for once and not run away with their tails between their legs? For some reason, I'm feeling pity AND dislike for Tomoe. I wonder who he father is...Akira? And Sano and Megumi are absolutely hilarious! Also, it would be very helpful if you shed some light on how Kenshin and Soujiro know eachother...like go into more detail or something along those lines. And somehow, I can't seem to accept Misao as she is right now...that is way out of character for her! I really hope both Kaoru and her would actually sit down and talk things out, that way they can come up with a solution to Misao's problem. I'm still not sure what the exact problem is...Misao slept with someone because she gave up on Aoshi? Does all this change mean she gave up on him and moving on or is she shutting out all of her feelings and entered the world of fake-ness? And I don't understand Aoshi's situation either...Aoshi's mom went crazy for some reason, I can tell that. But why is he denying himself of Misao when it seems he's interested in her too? Is it because he doesn't want to involve Misao in his problems of taking care of his mom? And how does Yahiko and Tsubame fit into all this? For some reason, those two come across as extremely minor characters in this story...how is Yahiko going to connect with Kaoru? Wow, I have a lot of questions, don't I? Sorry! But please do update your chapters faster, I'm dying to know what happens next! I'm crossing fingers that none of these characters do something drastic, Misao's drastic move was enough! Update soon!

read all the chapters... and really like it so far... what will happen to kaoru & kenshin now... maybe it's better for kaoru to stay away from kenshin for now... she is a student... maybe kenshin needs to do some thinking and make some choices... it would be nice if it was kenshin who approached kaoru this time around... and kaoru being not so easy to convince... wonder what happens next... update as soon as you can... please and thank you!

this is the second time I've read your fic and though it's not much of a long or complex review I just had to stop and say, "You are very intelligent, creative, well educated, and the Absolute Queen of Unmitigated Silliness!"

Sometimes, I feel like ripping my hair out when it comes to those two. Kenshin's an idiot for not explaining to her and doing the right thing.
