Ok, your “timeline” doesn’t make any sense. You said Hermione was in 5th year which would make her 15 or 16 depending on the time of year. Dumbledore quoted the date as being “ten years ago” to Hermione, “before she was born”. That in itself doesn’t make sense because she would be 5 or 6 ten years ago. Add to that the fact that the Marauders are 20 years older than the Golden Trio, in order to be there at the same time the Marauders were in their 5th year, she’d have had to have gone back 20 years, not 10. You should really plan out your story before writing it.

If the “Malfoy” Sirius is referring to is Lucius, then he wouldn’t be a first year. Lucius was a few years OLDER than the Marauders.
