This story is extremely well written, and I love it!

I wonder why Obi-wan isn't even having thoughts about Anakin? Anakin was his apprentice- you'd think one of the first people he would think of would be him. Did he lose his memory of Anakin or something? Is it because Anakin disobeyed him on their last mission? Can't wait to see him go home!

I can't believe the council and Obi-Wan did that to Anakin. At the least, I would think the council would know what effect it was having on Anakin emotionally. And how could Obi-Wan do that to him? He was only 11. I can't even imagine how Anakin will react if/when he sees Obi-Wan alive and well.

Please don't give up on this story! I can't wait for the reuniting of Obi-Wan and Anakin! Please, I hope you finish this story!

Also, that was pretty harsh of the council to let Anakin think Obi-wan was dead, no matter what lesson it taught him. I'm glad I got an explanation as to why Obi-wan stayed away though. I couldn't imagine him abandoning Anakin willingly, will of the council or not.

This story is so intriguing! I've heard the Uncertain Path series and I really liked it and so I wanted to see what else you have written and I picked this story. I love it. It is a different kind of plot mixed up with politics and mystery and tragedy. The characters are doen really well, although when Obi-Wan broke that soldiers wrist I raised an eyebrow, wondering how much he ahd changed in those six years that we don't know about, because the Obi-Wan that I know doesn't seem to use excessive force, although in a New Hope he cuts off that aliens arm in the cantina for botherign Luke so I really don't know exactly what to think about his character. I really, really want to know what exactly happened to Obi-Wan and why Anakin wasn't alerted that Obi-Wan was alive. I like that Anakin somewhat learned the error of his ways (although the method used needs mending) and that he seems to be a mature character, something that I thought he lacked severely in the movies. And the Council seems to know about Obi-Wan not being dead and didn't tell anyone? What is going on? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE update!

are you going to update this? i really really want to see how anakin and obi wan take it when they both find out waht the council has done, this is so well written too. please post more!

I have read several of your stories about Obi-Wan, Bali Tiro, and the beginning of this story and I wanted to tell you that I really enjoy your writing style. You manage to take AU plots that have been done a thousand times and make them new and interesting with twists and other unique stylings. I read the first 8 chapters of this story that you posted and found myself wishing there was more. I'd like to see how the story works out with the inevitable reunion of Obi-Wan and Anakin, as well as all the backstory of what really happened. Any chance you'll continue this at some point? I notice it hasn't been updated in about 3 years but it's always worth a shot...either way, keep on writing. You're very good.
