This entire premise sounds hilarious and reminds me of a screenshot someone took of one of the GX episodes and pointed out how one of the background Slifer students looks like Seto Kaiba. The caption was something like "Day 23: The dweebs have accepted me as one of their own. They still do not know I am Seto Kaiba."

Ha! You can definitely see some Konosuba vibes, which is an interesting way to go with it. And if one character from the original series was to drop in, Kaiba is certainly the most interesting option. He's such a massive prick yet still his heart will usually grow three sizes just in time to save the day, which is great for both humor and drama. Him and Jaden will make for a hilarious duo. I died when Obelisk just gives a thumbs up from the abyss - the overall vibe here is fresh and funny. Will be following with great interest.

Okay, this is a pretty neat idea! I'll be lurking around to read the next chapter for sure as we don't get enough Seto stories unless they're overly sappy romance ones.

I kinda love this concept. Kaiba is one of my favorite Yu-Gi-Oh character's and to see how he'll interact with the kids in his own school will be pretty interesting.

Let me guess. The villain is supposedly Yubel. Or so we're meant to believe, instead of these people attempting to change things by brainwashing Kaiba. Anyone trying to prevent the fusion is a villain.
