I like quiet Ruby more than canon Ruby, I think. Obviously she's not cheerful, but will she still retain her hobbies (well, the more subdued ones)? I'm wondering especially about her love of weapons (which RT seems to have forgotten); where before she geeked out, maybe now she'll make quiet remarks about certain features increase efficiency, or how some are needlessly flamboyant.
Also, it's a funny coincidence that you included that NieR: Automata quote. I just finished my first playthrough.
Another also, is The Progenitor being left alone while you work in this/stopped altogether, or are you also continuing it?
