Wow! What an unusual take on the very familiar memory loss theme. It was an imaginative way for Murdoch to meet his son as a young man. Very clever that Murdoch is going to have to start over with Scott as he has no idea what has happened for the last 5 months. I hope you continue writing Scottcentric stories as there are too few in fanfiction. Thank you for writing

I am two thirds through this story and loving it. It is such an unusual angle of an amnesia aspect and whenever I read something that does not seem to resonate with what we know of Lancer, the writer then goes onto explain very cleverly the reasoning behind it and it then becomes so believable, I just don't want to come to the end of this story and would hope that this extremely talented writer continues to entertain us and purely selfishly, with Scottcentric/brother/family stories.

I agree with the other reviewer, it was really nice to see Scott so open and having that important dialogue with Murdoch. I also agree about his lovely blue-grey eyes, the downturned edges do make them seem a little sad. But when he grins, it's like the sun has come out, lol.

What a unique way to reveal Scott's thoughts to his father. I enjoyed this, especially seeing Scott as full of joie de vivre as Johnny.
