That was really good! You captured the characters well. I especially liked Shawn castigating Gus for his vanilla scented soap. All i could think after Gus' retort about matching his cocoa butter lotion was his company VP saying you smell like a jerk. Plus, the set up was classic Shawn.

I really enjoyed the ending! Absolutely Psych style with the boys bickering and the others walking away amused and a bit exasperated.

Yeah, Psych is still active! The fandom, at least. You should feel satisfied to keep writing for Psych, especially since there is a plan for a Psych 3 movie!

I'm a newbie to the fandom too and I, for one, am writing and reading so if you write more I will definitely be there. This was a great re-imagining of what could have happened. The way you write Gus and Shawn's friendship feels just right. My favourite moment, oddly, was the vanilla soap! So very Shawn, and it really made me smile.
