What's up with Finnick being gone the last night?! I feel like he needs to find a way to make it back to her! Still loving the story!

Loved this chapter! It seems like Annie's interview went well! I like the observation on Caesar, I have to say - I always liked him, and I can't imagine that sending twenty-three kids to die each year wouldn't have an impact. Also, he does seem like he cares, deep down. Even though it is his job to make the tributes look good in front of the audience, he really does seem to care. I wonder what happened to him after Mockingjay.

Also... screw Snow. I hate him so much. First he threatens Finnick with Annie, then he sends Annie into the Games, and then he takes away the last night they'll have together before the Games begin. Honestly I wish he would go jump off a cliff.

Great chapter! I'm so glad that Annie got a good score, it should be helpful with sponsors. I have to say I was a bit surprised at the scores of the rest of the Careers, but hopefully it means they're weaker - I do hope Annie isn't targeted, though.

I have to ask - what's the name of that song? The lyrics are absolutely beautiful, and I would love to give it a listen.

Side note: I love that Finnick knows how to braid hair, and I love how he braided Annie's hair. That's just so cute!

Loved this chapter, and you know what they say - quality over quantity. It's better to have a short and well-done chapter than to draw it out for word count, and this chapter is perfect!
