I'm going to be honest here and ask that you not explain how Izukus mind ended up in AFO's body, it's an event that kicks of the story sure but has no real bearing now on the plot going forward. He's here and dealing with it.

I actually like the story you are setting up here, Izuku seeking to do some good and undo part of AFO's evils now that he has his body. With Ragdoll being the one major hero we've seen affected by AFO and the impact on her life it makes sense to bring her in, however the implied mental state is something that will have to be worked on, she shouldn't go back to 'normal' as soon as she gets her quirk back. She was exposed to a different side of society for almost two years and has been though a lot in that time, it will affect her going forward.

Will Shigaraki play any significant role going forward? No doubt he'll have seen the news relaying his "master" escaping prison, knowing him he would almost certainly try to seek out his master and renew his tutelage. Heck you've shown that Izuku has some access to AFO's memories - that could lead to him cutting off the funds and supplies that Shigaraki and the Doctor need, setting up a conflict as he puts then to use helping people.

A great idea and some great execution up to this point. However instead of ever telling the true story, that he is Izuku Midoriya. He could say something in the sense of, All for one knew he was finished, therefore he used a previously unused quirk to eject his soul out of his body so as to not suffer any longer. I'm the unlucky sucker who filled the void of the soulles husk left behind. Or lucky in the sense that I would simply have stayed dead otherwise and managed to figure out a plan to escape.

Ok, I admit I was apprehensive about the story, but holy shit! This turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I still hope people realize what happened to him eventually. Even this early in the story there are plenty of signs there's something screwy with All for One, so maybe they don't put the whole story together, but find it odd enough to investigate. I think they'd be happy to know Izuku isn't completely gone, even if they'd be getting Izuku Dark rather than Izuku Classic.

You put a lot on emphasis on the Quirkless, discrimination, and prejudice, so I'm hoping they're things that get explored more deeply than canon does. For all the attention on heroes and justice, the society in MHA is a very flawed one (though not unrealistically so; there's plenty of similar sentiments in real life). The behavior of the prison guards was quite telling - even if it really had been One for All in that chair, abuse of authority doesn't result in anything good.

Anyway - I enjoyed the fic so far and I'm looking forward to next chapter.
