I love stories that explore Clay's backstory and this one was perfect at that! I wasn't sure who would pop up down that hill but I sure wasn't expecting his grandad and it was such a welcomed surprise. I loved the glimpses we got of Clay's early family life and how it also reminded me to one of my favorite stories of yours, 'Little Boy Blue'. Clay's thoughts throughout the whole ordeal and the dialogue with his brothers upon his rescue were spot on and so easy to picture on screen! Also, thank you for writing Clay as a badass, saving his team, before it all went downhill, literally. I love Clay whump, but I also love our boy being competent and a damn good operator. Thanks for writing and sorry you can't be with your family right now. I live in the east coast and my brother is in Cali so I know how you feel. Hope you can see them soon!

Yaaaaaaaaayyyy! I love this! Clay whump and Clay feelings and all around delightfulness. I was so curious to see who was at the bottom of that hill, definitely was not expecting it to be Clay's grandfather! I love that you let him be a part of helping Clay find his way home! And of course I love that he's starting to fix things with Sonny first. That brotp needs a serious mend! Great story!

I loved this! Very well written, and honestly I wish the writers would've taken Clay's storyline this way this season! I really hope he changes his mind about leaving the team just like Sonny did, and that he ditches Rebecca... not a fan of hers...

I really enjoyed this story! So well written as your stories always are. I especially liked the way Clay is beginning to seriously question his relationship with Rebecca. I just hope the show writers feel the same way! He's way too good for her. Thanks for sharing.
