Liking it so far. This chapter was a bit of a Canon retread, but it kind of has to be, and there was enough different that ot was still interesting!

This story has alot of potential, I really am enjoying it and I hope it goes on to be great. But I do have to know, why is it that most authors use the same 'Izuku has to strictly meet All Might to get the drive to be a hero' cliche?

Izuku quirk is not just strenght, right?
If it come from the runes in his body, he could do more things if he know what rune "write" in his his body?

I'm a little confused on what happened on izukus quirk were they shadows?

Bold choice to make Toga Vlad King's daughter...hmmmm...I shall wait to see where this goes as I don't think it's ever been done before. Also, that cop was a real ass as how would Toga been capable of doing what happened to those two criminals? Even if she had a knife on her, there is no way that it would have been able to cut a man in too.

Ah man. The premise is pretty cool but fics with Izuku refusing to use his quirk are kinda tiresome. I hope he can at least get over it in the next couple years so he can get proficient with his quirk before UA. Nice story so far.

good thing you did avoid it. i always have katsuki on my *not included* due to male katsuki and izuku being the number 1 pairing and i avoid yaoi. lol

love this so far though. would love to see more of his quirk
