I love everything about this fic, from the plot, to the characters and the writting. It's truly captivating and interesting.
I just can't wait for more chapters. I mean, is Itachi's real motivations just protecting his brother, or is he a double agent? Will Sasuke join the death eaters, or will he say "fuck it" to the bigotry? Is Sasuke's mother okay? And are the little dudes parents going to attack him, ou -and this is what I'm betting on- will Itachi rescue him?

I really enjoyed reading this chapter! Your style of writing is absolutely amazing! And I really love the way you kept the characters so IC, specifically Itachi! It's so cute to see Shisui being the captain of the Slytherin Quidditch team & I love that you kept Sakura as a beater in the Gryffindor Quidditch team! I love the fluffy & the angsty SS moments you supplied us in this chapter, especially when it's so nice to see Sasuke caring for Sakura in an indirect way(Sakura thinks they're just friends, lol). And Sakura being stubborn as ever to still conduct the research on Jirobu & Kidomaru's murder. I feel that FugaMiko are both Death Eaters in this fic since Fugaku told Sauce to learn the 3 forbidden techniques. I love how Itachi was being very caring towards his otouto while at the same time he's keeping him at arm's distance in order to protect. The same way with Sasuke telling Sakura to not concern herself regarding the investigation of Jirobu & Kidomaru's deaths(Also, avoiding her as much as possible in order to protect her from the Dark Lord). It was so cute to see Itachi meeting Sakura and letting her consider him as a friend. 3 And Nardo being the boy-who-live, aka the child of prophecy. ;o Finally, regarding Kidomaru's death... I feel that the Dark Lord(Oro) used as a vessel since his parents knew that he'll be a sacrifice, same way with Jirobu. In addition to that, I think Itachi aided them in sacrificing their son in order to protect Sasuke from Oro taking over his body since he eavesdropped their conversation.

Anyway, I can't wait to read to what happens next in the upcoming chapter since you've ended it with a cliffhanger! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this lovely chapter! :D

Another glorious chapter!
Absolutely LOVED the Quidditch! There is something about Gryffindor vs Slytherin that exemplifies the epitome of all rivalries. Just imagining the zooming reds and greens- I'm unraptured by the thrill of it all! The nostalgia makes me think back to the original HP series and now how it beautifully interweaves with the Naruto universe.

Sakura was on the Gryffindor team! What a lovely surprise! She was the underestimated beater that was whacking bludgers towards Sasuke. Hahaha! That fiery eye contact between Sasusaku mid-game was amazing. Once Sasuke highlighted Sakura as an obstacle to their victory, I was fearful that Sui would actually carry through and hex the rosette off her broom.
Of course this is the start of the Naruto/ Sasuke seeker rivalry- I can only imagine it further intensifying.
Sakura's unrestrained concern and tears for Sasuke's horrid fall was heart wrenching. For these feelings to be so exposed- so on display for all to see. Wow...

The astronomy tower scene allows for the Golden trio to make their debut. Bravo!

Things in the Uchiha Manor are undeniably grim...poor Mikoto...POOR ITACHI! He's taking direct orders from the Dark Lord himself. Oh my heart!

I look forward to the Sasusaku Christmas gift exchange! What a marvelous tradition they've started. They get better and better! I fear that things will get so bad in the future where Sasuke will stop reciprocating...

For now, I gleam in joy everytime I read Sakura wearing Sasuke's gifted ribbons.

It is beautiful to see Sasuke and Sakura team up and research. Although it became apparent that Sasuke was not as enthusiastic in discovering the truth- much less in realizing the danger the rosette was getting into. Then for Sakura to be able to read him so well and realize he's HOLDING back. The way they distance themselves...the way HE needs to PUSH HER away...oh my heart

OMG! What a cliffy! Please Itachi save him! I imagine this is the LAST time Sasuke goes anywhere without his wand. Unfortunately, in this new world they're living in- it's just too much of a risk.

Sasusaku are both still so young, just 2nd years at this point. There is still so much innocence and curiosity between them. So much room to grow-so much room for romance to develop.

It's the fact that Sasuke is still so young that makes me sad that he'd been learning about the 3 unforgivables during the summer holiday. Teachings I'm sure are tearing Itachi apart at the knowledge of Sasuke becoming somewhat familiar to the horrors Itachi knows so well...

The Uchiha being the most notorious pureblood family is absolute perfection. The aristocracy flows through their veins in such an innate way. Sakura being a muggleborn is exactly what I'd envisioned. It all grounds the foundation for such an enchanting love story. For a Uchiha to even entertain the idea of "downgrading" and being with a halfblood- much less a "MUDBLOOD". Damn! The potential of such a scandalous love affair has me WEAK!

How precious! It was love at first sight! Saske was amazingly entranced with the cherry blossom's beauty. To have even mistaken her for a Veela.

I'm enamoured by the way you had Mr Ollivander describe each of their wands- cherry wood with a core of unicorn hair...black walnut with a dragon heartstring...and all the additional details so indicative of the mage...I'm in awe! The scene in its entirety was bloody perfect!

Just as Sasuke was captivated by Sakura, the rosette was undeniably mesmerized when looking upon the young Uchiha for the first time. What a beautiful moment! They both picked such lovely pets.

Itachi's unmistakable presence and significance in the story was palpable. Despite Sasuke's unyielding love for his brother, he can't help but be troubled by the incessant comparisons.

The sorting hat ceremony was SPECTACULAR! Just when I'm gushing about previous scenes you bewitch us with others! Sasuke almost ridiculing the 'predictability' of house placement. Playing a game that quickly eradicated his smirk and grounded him.

For him to see so much SLYTHERIN in Sakura- to see so much potential. All his quiet observations have done nothing to quench the infinite thirst he has to learn more about her.

Itachi's sorting to have been the LONGEST hatstall in history! OMG! I love that! I'm in tears just contemplating the inner turmoil in Itachi! Merlin! Itachi's heart yearned for Gryffindor, but his mind- his duty chose Slytherin.

And for the sorting hat upon Sasuke's head to hum "you would have made a fine Gryffindor..." and then abruptly yell "SLYTHERIN". Is it ridiculous for me to tear up- to CRY at the SIGNIFICANCE! SO POWERFUL! For the Uchiha brothers to be so tethered to their supposed fates. *cries*

I was holding my breath during Sakura's sorting. The way you chose to conceal her expressive eyes. The way she shook and trembled at the conversation. The way HER EYES MEET SASUKE'S! WOW WOW WOW! What did the hat discuss with Sakura?! Gods! What I would give to know! Was she also given a choice?!

I loved the bit about Sakura's brilliant mind relaying the history of Japanese magic and ancient Shinobi using chakra! LOVE IT! Such an appropriate comparison! It further rectifies how much we've yearned for such an AU.

The flying class/ broom interaction was incredible! And Itachi was WITNESSING it all! How thrilling! I'd like to think Itachi is the number one Sasusaku shipper!

The way Itachi drills Sasuke on bloodlines, "does that make her magic any different from yours, Sasuke"..."if anyone heard you-"
"But someone is hearing me. You"...Absolute perfection. The way you portray Itachi is marvelous! THIS IS THE START of something so incredibly amazing! Who better than Itachi, to usher Sasuke towards the right direction. To challenge the prejudice that bleeds in their world. AMAZING!

this fic has so much potential. great writing. it's a perfect mix between naruto and harry potter. i think you could give them their hijinks and adventures, but a great plotline could have Sasuke possessed by orochimaru and trying to hide it while on a quest with team 7 to locate and destroy the horcruxes. this is convenient since naruto does not seem to have the mindlink with orochimaru and sasuke is much better at the dramatizing i don't want to die, but i realize i need to in order to save my friends. however, if you do go on that path, i beg you to keep the clause that the last horcrux doesn't die (aka sasuke doesn't die).
