Hmmm... I would think most of her health problems are from having no ship identity to draw energy from. Basically she is even less real than a pr ship which at least have conceptual ideas to stabilize them. But as Liberty performs actions and becomes known to the public at large she would gain a concept from the collective unconsciousness. They need to keep what exactly her class is a secret and instead just make her known as the daughter of enterprise. This would keep her form malleable. Pr ships could not be made like that since they need a solid identity to be materialized but liberty is already material. Enough training with malleable ship concept would allow her to go persona protagonist and hot swap her powerset. Like, jump in the air and there is a swirl of cubes and boom, that little destroyer just morphed into a battleship and unleashes a barrage before turning into a sub and dodging counter attacks by diving.
