I absolutely love stories of Madge with the Hawthornes. I can't wait to see what you do with this.

I love your gale & madge and am really enjoying this story! I can’t wait to read more! Your writing is wonderful!

I think this has to be my favorite chapter so far. There were so many noteworthy Gale and Madge interactions now that he's almost recovered. I also love seeing the way Madge analyzes Gale's and Katniss's future existences based on what she knew of them. She's definitely observant. Madge with Posy is so cute, I love their moments together. I also liked how you ended this chapter with a little bit of hope for their precarious survival. Looking forward to when the next chapter is up!

Aw I loved all the Hawthorne moments. Especially when Vick and Rory would always seem to think ahead when it comes to resourcefulness. I really liked the scene where Rory knew what herbs were what based on hanging out with Prim so much. Another great chapter.

There were so many things that I loved about this chapter. One of the sections that caught my attention the most was the part: "They might think that Peeta and Katniss were actually in love, but they'll have heard her say how she couldn't kill Peeta or Rue – and that will make all the differance. That's cross-district solidarity, and nothing in Panem is more of a threat to Snow than that." The districts were often pitted against each other that Katniss and peeta refusing to kill Rue and would rather take their own lives in the Hope's to save Rue would send a powerful message. And I cant wait to see more of this solidarity in the future.

Also gotta love rebellious and justice-seeking Madge. And that bit with Darius :[ poor guy deserved better in Canon, so I loved seeing him trying to assist Madge in whatever way he could.

Very interesting premise. This was a very intense start to the story. And I like the alteration you've taken with the original story. I think Katniss wouldn't have wanted to be a victor if Rue was still surviving with her to the end, and I think the same could be said about Peeta as well. I really enjoyed this chapter.

I'm really enjoying this story so far! I like your writing and you've got a great plot here. I always liked the idea of Gale and co surviving on their own in the woods

Oh my goodness, this is heart-breaking. And I cannot wait for the next chapter.
