very accurate betrayal of Kate from Season One. Without Rick she would not have put the correct person in jail in their first few cases. Kate just wanted to mark her cases as SOLVED so that they would not end up as a cold case as her mother's was. Had blinders on in both her personal and professional life.

Interesting start. I'm curious where you got the idea of Kendal from. Rick being married to a PI seems out of left field. It's fairly out of the norm of Castle FF. Just wondered from where the inspiration came.
