Read it till chapter 9, this story is something different, something I quite like.

I'm mildly curious now, will C.C. make an appearance? Will Lelouch gain his geass as per canon? Will Kallen or one of the other resistance members gain it instead?
As I type this, I realize I can draw an overwhelming number of parallels with this version of Lelouch and his friends and the German Whiße Rose.

Another great chapter. I really enjoyed seeing things from Viletta's point of view.

To be honest, this chapter makes me want Villetta to be the protagonist.

We never really get much of Villetta's background in canon, and the way you built her up here makes sense (the purebloods are, apparently, simply idiots without real ideology. Makes just as much sense as anything else, honestly). She and Kallen have a very similar background now, and it shows. Man, I would read an entire story just based on these two.

Great as always, it's kind of sad that I can only leave one fav.

Villetta has been shaken. She may now be swayed. A true victory comes ever closer.

Villetta has spun herself in circles talking with Kallen. And now she is doing things that don't really make sense rationally from her supposed viewpoint. That could be a sign of suppressed sympathies.

One camera and a fake bomb and Lelouch has done more damage than he ever managed in canon.

And the symbolic gestures and smallest possible steps have happened, and those are the things most dangerous in keeping moderates who don't care enough to support the inconvenient involved.

Now Villetta is investigating Kallen and the Council while the Council investigates a certain "chemical weapon" who might be handing out the means to make this go further.

One point of criticism. You are conflating racism with culturism. Believing that your culture is superior, does not preclude the integration of other races. On top of that, Britannians are ethnicists, not racists. They consider their particular ethnicity superior to all others.

This move from the Empire might be able to calm things down for now, until Zero finds something else to expose. But what might that be? The overall progression of events is pointing to C.C. being picked up, but she is hardly something that can be revealed to the public. Perhaps Clovis loses it and orders a massacre like in canon to retrieve C.C. but he will probably be far more reluctant to do it here because of the current situation.
