I think that, with all that harry has had to put up with up to this point, that the Soul Shard that may have made Harry a Horcrux originally may have been 'exorcised' from Harry's scar, or it may have been 'absorbed' into the "Darkness/funk" that Harry has had up to, and including, this point in time.

What may Percy's punishment be?
