Power and synergy both provide jaune with something he doesn't have, a ranged method of attack, due their individual weak nature for maximum effect they require allies and strategy( which jaune has in spades) though for sex pistols he'll have to supply a revolver and ammo himself as well as feed them,I. The case of the emperor its a gun, guns don't talk
Aesthetics there's not much to do outside of holding them in an intimidating fashion

Horus (OG ice)
Horus is the skeletal head and spine of a pterosaurs with short taloned arms branching off, its ability is ice generated, it can create vast amounts in short time, this ice can be shaped in various shapes like like icicles that can be launched like misses or a giant ice wall to protect her
Stand/user compatibility
Power and synergy this stand has a lot of untapped versatility with ice creation, while Weiss may be shocked at the at the appearance of the Dino bird skeleton she’lol make use of the ice creation by using it with her glyphs, to focus her summoning of ice constructs
Aesthetics while less visually appealing it can still work
Weiss sitting on a throne with Horus perched on her shoulder or the throne itself as Weiss becomes a literal ice queen

White albums main power is tactile cryokinesis, this can freeze anything the user touches, the effects end when no longer touching or canceled by the user, the other main ability is ice armor, by solidifying air white album can create a durable ice suit, this suit is bulletproof, punch resistant, and gives the user a boost in strength (enough to break stone) and speed(the attached skates can go up to 80kmh)

Power the white album suit can ramp up her defense, aswell as her strength and speed
Synergy Weiss could wield this to great effect, literally skating circles, harnessing the freezing touch through her rapier to administer icy slashes and thrusts(can’t talk to it because it’s a suit made of ice)
Aesthetics the colors match very well with her usual clothing and it would be interesting to see Weiss Skating (pun intended, I regret nothing)
2nd possibility silver chariot (simple but effective)
Silver chariot is robotic humanoid clad in medieval armor, it’s main ability is it’s quick and precise sword play able to pierce five coins dead center from midair in an alternative pattern with fire, at the cost of durability it can shed its heavy armor and increase its speed to the point of creating afterimages and if need be shoot the sword off the hilt(you’ll have to retrieve the blade yourself)
Stand/user compatibility
Power and synergy in battle silver chariots sword could bolster her own and his durable armor can shield her damage transference allowing her to focus on her glyphs, outside battle I see them getting along quite well, chariot possibility helping Weiss train her swordsmanship(he’ll probably refer to her a milady and speak with a slight French accent), also see her butting heads with the stands of her teammates

With 5 new stands waiting in the wings I have taken it upon myself to research who will get what, by the following measurements

I'm a little confused because, The World is a close-range stand. I mean, what is its range here? Are all of them long-range stands now? And Yang having The World... I think Star Platinum would fit her better. Good chapter.

Yang getting Za Warudo, that's pretty neat. So far we've only seen enemy Stand User's stands, so I'm hoping that you'll bring in some of the good guys' Stands as well, like Hierophant Green for Ren maybe? They're both ranged stealthy fighters that are green after all.
