In terms of romances, I wish that for once I would see a MC being so enarmoured with magic that he inadvertedly practices absolute chastity/voluntary unbroken celibacy.
I guess I am alone in that regard, but being asexual and non-romantic it is tedious to read any kind of romance and franly I do not see its value in a good story, apart from being distracting

Using magic cores almost made me leave. Adding the spiel about light and dark and grey magic just reminded me of the many early Harry Potter cliche stories.

Dont know how to feel about this chapter. It just felt like you went shopping for the most uninspired cliche stuff and added it to the story.

I really like this story. It's an excellent read and I look forward to reading what happens in your next chapter.
