judging by the utter lack of madam bones ever appearing in canon, until the trial 5th year, I doubt any substantial reports where EVER filed with the DMLE about shit going on at Hogwarts.

McGonagall followed Dumbledore like the most loyal puppy, and DD seems the sort to want to keep all secrets, especially about 'His Domain', Hogwart's. Granted, as corrupt as Fudge was and with Lucius Malfoy having so much pull, he *might* have been right to keep some of the stuff quiet. But the lack of response by DD at the various problems directly caused by the Ministry and so on, makes it seem like he just didn't want anyone investigating the general situation at Hogwarts and finding out just how bad he was as Headmaster.

oh yea sorry about its just of all the harry potter books I've read she always demanded or pushed there were only a few moments where she simply ask him I mean i get your his best friends but that doesn't mean you have to share everything then again I have trust issues so that's maybe why
