Wow, I never thought I’d understand John Winchester. This was amazing. You did such a great job of showing his internal struggle and the why behind his actions. Love it.

This was a very good one-shot. I have often struggled with my feelings for John over the years. I tend to agree with JDM's interpretation of him, but then the maternal side of me seethes every time I think of him leaving his kids alone.

I like this. I like John's POV how you expressed his thoughts and feelings. Yeah John is not my favourite character but I don't hate him. He wasn't the worst dad. He made mistakes yeah sure but he loved his boys. I like that you include Bill in this as well.
