Will Florence travel linearly with the Doctor at any point, or will she forever be surfing his timeline, dipping in and out of it here and there? And if so, which Doctor? Nine? With Rose?
The companions always seem to know Florence. When will a companion meet her for the first time? What will the Doctor's introduction be like? Will Flo meet all of the companions from Nine onwards?

The poor Doctor and Florence .. Flo just gets picked up out of her home-time wherever and whenever, and the Doctor has to constantly be alone once she inevitably leaves. I hope one days he doesn't get the tinkling feeling that sends her back. Hopefully by that time, the TARDIS will be home.

Good chapter. I liked the length, but I think some longer episodes with more going on, such as Gridlock, do need to be separated out, even if they're posted within days of each other, so there's still an episode a week .. if you get what I'm saying.
At the same time, it could be hard to write all that.
I wonder where Florence is .. is there any time difference between when she goes to the Doctor and comes back? Will her jumps be routine, like once every 15 days, or will the time between them differ?
And where's Jack got to?
I wonder what adventure they'll go on next, and which companion Flo will see ..

Very the Jack bits and how he now's her but she doesn't know him. Gives a few ideas of how he now's her. Interesting with the blacking out, it will be interesting to see the effects of that and for the reader to work out what is going on. Thank you for sharing this and allons-y for now

That was very intriguing, I'm getting the feeling that Florence has been transported from where she was to somewhere new and whoever found her already knows who she is. Looking forward to chapter 2.
