i do not specially like draco-hermione pairing, but this story sounds pretty cool

Promising start. A new and interesting plot, well written, look forward to seeing how it develops.

The only bit of constructive criticism I have is when you first introduce Cassiopeia, there's a longish sentence with a lot of commas in that ends with a hyphen and a name; when I read it I thought that 'Duncan Burns' was the name of the woman that caught Hermione's attention instead of the clerk's. I reread it a couple times before shrugging it off, thinking it was just a cultural thing and there's no reason why a woman can't be called Duncan, it wasn't until a couple paragraphs later that I figured out who was who and what was happening and went back to reread it all again without the confusion.

I'm not sure as to what will happen next, but so far I really like the story. Good luck with it!
