Wait, is Usopp deaf? The first time I read this I thought he was baked out of his mind from the sun or Something and just didn’t register Sanji yelling. Now I’m not so sure

I hope you are continuing with this. Now you have me all curious as to what the heck Usopp was up to in those two years. I’m eager to see the next update!

The descriptions in the chapter were beautiful. I really loved how you set the scene with Sanji on the roof of the infirmary. Very lovely imagery that you created and I commend you for that.

I can’t imagine Sanji cleaning out Ussop’s knots was as pleasant as described. As someone who had to help get a week old dreadlock out of a girl’s unwashed hair before (the knots had literally turned into a dreadlock and her hair was lightly wavy, not even tightly curled). I can safely say I wanted to burn all the skin off my hands with bleach it was that disgusting. Just remembering the greasy residue makes me shudder. Two years of that kind of matting can’t feel any better imao.

Eager for Ussop to wake up and actually get cleaned up lol. I feel like Sanji will be concerned about Usopp’s safety around the drag queens, but he’ll probably prove himself to be more of a health hazard to them if his waking up during the night and overall tension are anything to go by.

Good start so far! It’s very well edited, and I’m always game for some Usopp/Sanji interactions. I was about to say something about Usopp being happy to see real fabric clothing for the first time in forever, but remember that it’s a bunch of drag queens so maybe not lol. Also a skull bag sounds badass. I wonder if Kuma was expecting Hercules to be there when he sent Usopp to that island, not realizing the guy was dead or something. Oh god if Usopp had found Hercule’s skull and kept it in that backpack and calls it Wilson like in that Cast Away movie I’ll flip XD

Trying to think of anything constructive to add. Maybe be careful about repeating the same point in multiple sentences? There are two paragraphs where the word muscle is used six times, and the point seems overly driven in. That’s just a nitpick though. Overall I look forward to see what comes next!

Interesting so far, I can’t wait to know more of where Usopp was. It looks like Usopp might have focused. More on hand to hand combat than sniping though.

It’s great to see more SanUso fics, the ship looks to be getting more popular now :D
