agh, kind of gruesome there.

oh gosh i want to cry.

while i'm reading this, it makes me unbelievably sad. but the chapters are so long and you always have something lighthearted at the end so i tend to forget about it by the time i review. i can't believe that they have to turn against each other. it's horrible. it really makes me think about the type of the world they lived in... sure ff8 had a happy ending but would it have lasted? gah.

awwh, i love this story. :) the sheer amount of detail is amazing! i don't know how you come up with this stuff. your chapters are so long too. it's taken me an hour or more to read just three. i guess it's kind of because of the line breaks. i hope rinoa doesn't get too far in.. please don't turn evil.. e.

Chances are you'll never read this review, being that it hasn't been updated in nearly three years... but I managed to come across this story and all I have to say is WOW. Your writing is incredibly intense and your style is amazing. You are truly fantastic at this. I noticed a bit of negativity from a few of the other reviewers, but f- 'em if they can't take a joke. ;) On the off-chance that you ever return to this story, please know that you have at least one huge fan waiting patiently for an update.

I read this a long time ago on another site,was the first FF8 fanfiction i read. And for that it holds a special place.

But, i always check on your site to look for an update. For some reason its forbidden now...? a 403 error. I'm pretty confused on that.

This is the best ff8 fanfiction i have ever read, so please let me know if your going to continue and if you know why i cant get on your site anymore.

Total, complete honest opinion here. Not for the faint of heart. But then since this really goes out to the author, and considering the content of the fic itself, I think she can handle it.

Typos aside, I can find no flaw in your style, execution, and grammar. The problem is that after reading your fic, the feeling I get is this: you taken a bloody awful thing and made it worse. Man, I'm depressed.

I hated the whole love theme behind FF8, the unrealistic of the main couple, Squall's character. The last mostly because he chose a *heartless* ditz like Rinoa. Remember when she heard about Seifer's, supposedly her ex's, demise? A slug would have shown more concern! If she had shed tears for Quistis', or anyone other than Squall's, demise, I fully believe they were crocodile's tears.

About the taking an awful and thing and made it worse? Squall learns nothing. Quistis and company died for him and he could have cared less.

I want to say they deseve each other, but they don't deserve to *live* together-unless it's in hell, and then they should keep dying over and over again there. Boy, I'm depressed. They don't deserve a happily ever after when good people like Quistis die.

I could go on, but then it's almost four in the morning, and I'll just get more depressed as this goes on.

Oh my gosh! You made me have that sick feeling in my stomach that only one story has made me get (probally) It's a kind of love/hate thing. Love because well duh! if you have ever read this chapter and this story you will know why I love it! And hate because I hate Cid what a scrumy little bastard! Let me into that world and please let me beat the crap out of him! Employing Seifer? was I meant to feel a bit sorry for Seifer? I'm not at all! That's one guy who deserves to die 10x over! I'm not a mean person but seriously he does!

I do like Quistis a more than a normally do (I normally hate her) she seemed really smart and I liked the way you brought her across she's a cross between nice person, goody goody too shoes and smart indipent women ya know? Problly not I'm talking a load of gibberish ;) But she does have a likable charactistic in this.

Seifer well I think I explained myself about that monster! Shoot him! Shoot him!

Zell is soooo sweet I love how loyal he is and how cute he is!

Poor Squall and Rinoa! What a mean bastard Cid is! Just coz the laxy fat ugly bastard is too crap too fight and be a knight to Edea he goes after the guy that saved her life... if you ask me Cid should be shot with Seifer!

Anyway I still have that feeling in my stomach now and it is soo funny! I need it checked out coz it's kinds weird teehee anyway I love this soooooo much! What a writer you are!

I love romance with difficulties that always get sorted out! Oh I love this story! Have I said it enough? Nah! One more time! I love this story! I love you for writing this story! Wow! I really wanna learn more about Rinoa's powers, but I have decided to leave a chapter a day so I don't strane my eyes or anything. It's really getting quite exciting now. I mean when they first were going to timber I thought they would be relaxing in the park but instead they are taking part in world war 3!

Oh my! There are so many well written stories out there but this is just the cherry on the icing I mean wow. How well written can you get? You have also managed to capture everyones character perfectly. I find it's simply amazing. When I write I normally lose one person's ture character along the way atleast and this is just brillant! It's going to take me a long time! A very long time! But I will read this whole story and I'm sure once I'm through be very happy about the time I spend reading it and think it was well worth the hour or two on each chapter.

It just gets better and better, huh? I'll keep checking back at your homepage for more, since there isn't a better story around. I don't suppose you would check out my story, On Earth as it is in Hell? I'd to know what you think about my writing and style.

PLEASE! Make it a happy ending for Squall and Rinoa. They've been through a lot! And not that kind of spirit thing that yes, although their together again, they're dead. Don't Like that *pouts*

I like the story but it was a little confusing with all the flashbacks and new characters and stuff. I hope u finish it. Nice story

The most incredible peice of fanfiction I have ever had the privelege to read. Never before have I been taken on such an emotional ride; I was literally on the edge of my seat through most of this fic. The words you use to mold the different situations are precise and enable the story to flow easily; there are no mechanical errors or awkward sentences to distract the reader. You got your points across beautifully. The timing in which you broke the tension was flawless; I couldn't help but smile at the description of Zell hurtling from the air on his T-Board with his 'peculiar battle cry'. I almost wished this fic would have been finished so I could have read all of it, but now that I think about it, I am relieved to think I can count on more chapters to come. Thank you so much for this incredible story; you don't see the likes of such talent every day. _

Hey, quick question: Are you ever gonna get this damn thing published? It cost me a crapload of paper and ink to print it all out. It would be a good idea, not to mention civic minded.
