Good chapter, this Izuku is pretty cool.

I think izuku quirk because works only on himself he can only see the ripple of water from others future not the pebble itself so he cant affect the pebbles at all but he can cause ripples that cancel the the other ripples thats is my theory.
Also as a suggestion have izuku learn strategy and play strategy games because is he alone cant help stuff then as a mastermind or general he will be nigh unbeatable so learn tsun szu and other stuff

I'm glad you explained the art commission bit later in the chapter. I read it in the first paragraph and immediately went back to all the other chapters to scan through since I thought to myself maybe I had just missed some mention of it.

This chapter seems to offer more clues to how Izuku's power works especially in the author's notes. From what you have shown, my current guess is that he can not change what he sees unless he personally is strong enough to change it. He is changing his friends futures because he can do that with a few words and thus is strong enough. AllMight changed his future because one for all has the strength to change the future since it can even be called a focal point of destiny in the my hero verse. I suspect later on if he ever encounters all for one it might mess with his power as well since it is also a strong focal point of destiny that has the strength to change what the user wants.

As a sort of filler side chapter building up to the usj I don't actually have anything to be critical about in this chapter. The character building is in line with their characters and you are giving them real feelings instead of just everyone going along with and agreeing to everything the cliche deku the super genius tells everyone how to do everything better trope that so many fic authors are drawn to write. It's nice to see someone actually think about how a real person with feelings would think and act instead of just dismissing it as something not necessary for a fic.

Im really enjoying this so far, this chapter especially since it focuses more on Izuku’s development and interaction with his classmates.

It makes me curious, will Izuku more actively get involved with 1-B more? I’d imagine that he’d realize that some of them may need help or guidance too, being in similar situations to his class, and perhaps would go over there to share some advice like he did this chapter. 1-B gets glossed over a lot so I’d be cool to see them more involved in stories, and this one seems to be a pretty decent opportunity for it.

Is Aizawa going to essentially train Izuku to adopt a similar fighting style to him? Sorta like how Aizawa trained Shinso. That’d be cool. Couple Izuku’s Precognition with Aizawa’s fighting style (including Capture Weapon) and you’ve got yourself a unique and powerful force. I hope this happens, honestly. Aizawa doesn’t necessarily have a reason not to.

I think the Izuku's quirk is balanced enough, even enough to say he's no better than nighteye.

He can't see the future of others unless it intersects within his own. That has a LOT of limitations.

For example, nighteye could just bump into a criminal and tell where he'll be for the next few days, potentially leading to the location of a gang's hideout. Izuku would be incapable of that, unless he would be at said hideout in the future.

Jeez, does his forseen death keep shifting or something?
I assume now he thinks he'll die at the hands of Noumu or Shigaraki at the USJ event.

So Izuku is going around giving advice? I think thats pretty cool, and some of the things he says were never really explored in cannon, like Uraraka and Ojiro’s problems. Also, does Izuku not want a relationship because he thinks hell die at USJ, or is he just not interested? I ask because Izuku/Mina is one of my favorite pairings in MHA. Either way, nice chapter. Well, the headache thing deals with some of the problems of him changing the future but at the same time is still a contradiction because he answers questions perfectly. Does he know the answers to these questions himself? If he does not and is getting the knowledge from his quirk then he should be getting headaches from changing the future. As for part of him getting scars being a part of his personality, Izuku had confidence problems because he had no power in the anime. Also I'm pretty sure that while he was bullied he didn't get anything worse than what would equal a bit of sunburn in the anime. So you have to apply real world logic when you give Izuku scars. Why would it be part of his personality to let Bakugou bully him when he thought he was going to die to the sludge villain? At that point he doesn't see a single redeeming thing in Bakugou in the timeline. And again here, he can take down Bakugou easily after a few lessons, he could have received the same ability from watching youtube if his power works as you describe it. I'll wait to see what happens since you say your are addressing it but so far it doesn't line up.

Ah, the start of the canon divergence. I'm very excited with how the changes you're doing to each characters will affect their future interactions and relationship.

I've got a few theories on why Izuku had Bakugou have a personality change, though what I'm curious about is why Izuku had emphasized him befriending Mineta and Kaminari. Will they have a very important part to play later in the plot? Or will it be for Bakugou's personal development? Who knows.

I'm also curious to see if Izuku's mother finds out of what happened to Izuku and Bakugou, since from what I remember the two mothers are quite close. Its curious to see if her learning this development will open a path for them to become closer, or drive a wedge to their already strained (is it strained? well, maybe only for me) relationship.

The Premise is amazing. Izuku with a precognition Quirk? Fantastic.

It plays with many factors. Izuku realizing the potential of his classmates, even the usual hated Mineta(Which I personally rather like). Also forcing Katsuki to become a proper hero is something that is amazing as it still shows the admiration of the once four-year-old Izuku.

Also, building up social connections in U.A. is rather smart, he works with Shouto's insecurity and Koda's introverted personality.

Probably going to tackle more of the class problems.

For example, Momo's lack in confidence, Koda's speech shyness, Shiny Knights lack in self-belief, Black hawks negativeness, Kirishima's goal of becoming a "manly" hero and facing his fears. etc.

Also, it has the flag of Izuku slowly but surely and eventually turning towards the evil side. Like one day he sees himself as the villain as this is the only option to make the world a better place.

I truly hope that All Might is going to give OFA Mirio as he is clearly the superior hero. (At least currently).
This would make a great rise between a mastermind and the typical symbol of peace. Both growing up in the same school and even meeting.

This is a really interesting story. When, because they will confront him, will they confront Izuku? After USJ? Will Deku get OFA? I really want to see where you take this story.
