Well...in this case, unless if Elaine is more badass then we are led to believe this early on, Elaine probably would lose (Not majorly mind you) for 2 reasons.

1: Experience. Tex has far more battle experience then Elaine does.
2: Tex is augmented(And has an A.I). Dont get me wrong, Elaine would no doubt last the longest against Tex compared to the other Red and Blue members (Cant wait to see that fight when you get to season 8), but still, Tex would still win.

Get chapter, and by the way is Elaine the only OC in the story because I think 1 OC is more than enough for this. Also are the Reds and Blues wearing regular armor or Mjoinir?
