would love a scene where contessa just...breaks as her paths start to evaporate one by one due to the lich queens influence. heck even see specialised undead who retain their powers if they were parahuman. good lord the possibilities. lol

I just want to say that this was very satisfying to read, the climax of a revenge so ice cold.

This was a very entertaining chapter and I would love to see other snippets of different heroes or just even a continuation of the scourge conquering the world.
