….well. I wasnt expecting the ending.
Honestly, this one's pretty good-like what Takes my Breath away did for Micheal, this one does for Liz, and I kinda like the relationship she's got with Charlie in this AU. Plus, you remembered the original books series, the one Charlie's from, which is a nice touch.
...and then the ending. I think we needed it. Not every ARI Nightmares is going to have a happy ending, or even a bittersweet one, and that's okay.

That being typed, I have believed in your strong paranormal writing since your 8 and 6-centric haunted house one-shot and my admiration has only grown since then. You really know how to type an unsettling scene! I swear my chest was in a vice for the events at Henry's house.

Then you go and kill me the second we enter the second half of the story and I realize where it's leading. Bravo and RIP my heart. I wonder how it happened...
