Reviews for Defective One
MarCor3 chapter 7 . 7/17
Oooh, and now H626 real journey begins!
Thanks, Major for this update!
Fiery Crusader chapter 6 . 7/9
626 has stumbled into a portal during the opening moments of the Horde Invasion. Instead of facing certain death, he has inadvertently escaped from Horde Prime’s tracking with the prospect of starting anew. Only time will tell if these two will ever meet again. If not, then that’s one less thing for either of them to worry about. I doubt that Prime would spend all his time and resources to find him, when he could just make a clone replacement. That’s probably the only downfall of raising clones. They can be totally obedient and suited to their leader’s preference, but still be treated as expendable at the first sign of trouble.

Great work on this one. I don’t know how long this will go, but it was a fun read.
Fiery Crusader chapter 5 . 7/9
It’s a harsh outcome at how 626 was treated. Even with all his service and loyalty, Prime was already quick to dispose of him the moment he learned the clone’s detrimental health. Being sentimental did little to help 626, but at least this could be seen as an opportunity to defect an in turn to live a life where he would be graciously accepted among others.
Fiery Crusader chapter 4 . 7/9
Now it sounds like WarHammer 40k with the way the clones are chanting. “Glory to the Emperor!”

Anyway, it seems 626 has been well rewarded for his heroic efforts. I’m surprised he didn’t kill off the enemy captain himself, but he wasn’t conflicted when Prime did it either way. I can imagine the next update would be like a montage of 626 gaining more power and favor from his leader, where it seems like the good times would never stop. But knowing the story’s premise, it’s only a matter of time until the most valuable asset to the Horde becomes the most dangerous. And when the hive or leader sees the asset deviating in a way that may seem out of its control, they will cast that element out without a second thought.
Fiery Crusader chapter 3 . 7/8
262’s done a great job at taking charge in the face of adversity. Even though his fellow clones were unsure to follow someone else other than Prime, they rallied together and prevailed on the battlefield.

Speaking of which, I can’t help but think of Felucia regarding the Jungle Planet. But luckily for the clones, they didn’t have to worry about dealing with Acklay, flesh eating diseases, or horrifying sights that would haunt them to this day. Sorry, I played the classic BF2 the other night. XD
Fiery Crusader chapter 2 . 7/8
626... It’s been so many years since I’ve heard that number, but I understood that reference lol. It’s no coincidence that he’s blue as well, and I wouldn’t be surprised if his military call sign or codename would be Stitch! XD

Meanwhile, “Hordak” is already drawing attention from his superiors. There’s doing a good job, then maybe too much a good job. Ironic how demonstrating skills positively can bring one into a negative, uncertain light.
Fiery Crusader chapter 1 . 7/8
Sounds like Horde Prime was aiming for the equivalent of an Arc Trooper from Star Wars, but somehow it backfired. Although I only know little of She-Ra, I’m still interested in following a concept like this.

By the way, I think you meant effective officer than affective from the third last paragraph. Other than that, nice intro so far.
MarCor3 chapter 6 . 7/5
Well H626, you have gotten your wish!
MarCor3 chapter 5 . 6/29
Damn, Horde Prime do not gives a fuck about anything or anyone, if it is not serving his purpose! H626 have best just get lost from the other clones once they all go to the battlefield.

Still a great story Major, I'm counting on you to stay directly to this storyline of 'H626' aka Hordak...

Thanks!
MarCor3 chapter 1 . 6/29
