I don't really ship JayBriar, mostly because JayHalf is my headcanon forever, but this was beautiful. I've only read a few fics that handled Briarlight's death with grace and this is definitely one of them. I enjoyed this immensely and will make sure to keep an eye out for future stories of yours.
