A reincarnated Naruto without his memories, with a power different from chakra, isn’t really Naruto, but an OC with the same name and face to draw in more readers.
Taking away Naruto’s ninjutsu-senjutsu-fuinjutsu? Just to later give something similar (runes vs fuinjutsu; human path, sharingan and kage bunshin for learning and copying)? And with heroic spirits influencing what’s little left of Naruto’s personality... There is so little of Naruto here that it’s disappointing.

This is interesting, can't wait to see how the plot plays out.

This does seem like an interesting story, although the fact that it takes so much effort to copy and integrate another person’s powers and potential seems rather disappointing, not to mention the apparent need to integrate so many characters from other franchises when Marvel already has an abundance of powerhouses to draw from.

Another thing I don’t exactly approve of is the apparent age of Naruto relative to the other characters, particularly in regards to Marvel’s biggest bombshells.
Even though Naruto is technically an adult, I’m a little worried the more amazing females might “baby him” a little.
And aside from “Sage of War”, you don’t really fully consider the best, hottest, and most deserving females in your stories (and even in “Sage of War”, I would’ve found some way to include a Power Girl to make the harem complete).
You should make what could be considered as “Marvel’s All-Star harem”, with Marvel’s best females.
Best Candidates: Carol Danvers/Ms Marvel/Captain Marvel, Jessica Drew/Spider-Woman, Jean Grey/White Phoenix, Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Felicia Hardy/Black Cat, Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, Betsy Braddock/Psylocke, etc.

The fact that the ability to copy powers of those in the marvel verse is not enough to make a story out of without throwing in several other powers from different crossovers than the two you already have leads to this being too busy to be enjoyable. Less is more.

While I am glad that you’re making another Marvel story, I’m kinda disappointed in how underpowered and underprepared Naruto is in terms of power.
Considering that Marvel has a near infinite ocean of OP characters, this is NOT the type of setting to give Naruto a nerfed and slow growth, especially since Marvel is the EMBODIMENT of Murphy’s Law, it makes DC look like Child’s play even on its best/worst days in terms of intensity and high-stakes.
Naruto WILL eventually need more OP abilities, particularly in regards to Reality-Warping and Space-Time Manipulation.

I also don’t approve of how young Naruto is, particularly when compared to the best Marvel females.
You should give him a harem filled with the BEST that Marvel has to offer, like Jean, Scarlet Witch, Black Cat, Carol Danvers/Ms Marvel, Spider-Woman, Black Widow, etc.
Even though Naruto is technically an adult and most of the OG Marvel characters are usually around their 20s or early 30s, I’m just hoping any supposed Age difference won’t keep Naruto from getting Marvel’s biggest bombshells.
You should ALWAYS try to pair the MC with the best of the best, especially with harem fanfics, and preferably with as MANY AS POSSIBLE.

Please update sage of war and the other marvel stories. I can't say I like this story compared to the others as this feels like an OC who only has naruto's name. Personally I feel that this should have been a marvel/fate crossover. I'd advice you not to make like neonzangetsu with the writing a few chapters, abandoning the story and going on to another. I love the guy's stories but he abandons them at their best almost all the time. Just continue with the previous ones you've already started and come back to this one when you've at least covered a decent ground in the rest. I'm following all your stories and I hope you can update the rest soon. Especially the Naruto and marvel ones
