Great story, really love where this is going. For a name of the city, New Avalon or Avalon would be a good choice. Or something that has to do with aphrodite and the greek pantheon. Or something completely else. After all its your story.

Absolutely love the story so far. As for a more regal name she can take up the name Le Fey since it came up on her inheritance test. For the city she could go with Avalon. Both are well known in muggle mythology

Surname:Regina as Latin for Queen, or Venus (Roman Aphrodite).
City: Victoria -Latin for Victory, afraid I cannot think other names

I'd say Regina (queen in Latin) could work as a last name, maybe Cytherea (another name for Aphrodite) for the name of the empire and lastly Castellum (means the fort) for the capital.

Violet is moving just a bit fast. Given her ability to lend her powers to her servants she could have had all those Aurors obeying her in a few months. Waste not, want not.

Hard to think of a suitable partner for Violet, in canon JK was mainly focused on her all knowing and powerful self insert Granger.

You had Dumbledore arrested in chapter 11 but you have him here twice, calling Violet into his office and accusing her of the petrification's and at the end announcing the Tri Wizard.
And you had Narcissa as Hogwarts Head so Dumbles shouldn't be here.

Fast and inn the open is the way to deal with Dumbledore as his greatest power is the whisper campaign of 'going dark' he starts if someone doesn't instantly obey him.

Not sure if pure bloods would be able to infiltrate muggle military and governments, they are either too stupid or ignorant of muggle society.
