Quite enjoyed this one-shot! It's been years since I last saw any of the Bourne films so I don't remember a lot, but I still liked this. Felt bad for Irena here. Not sure how I'd handle it if I was in this predicament. Good job with it.

I absolutely ADORE the way you've captured Irena's headspace here, the little details that a person really does notice in moments of crisis - the green walls, the fact that she's shivering but Bourne is not - it creates a gravity for the piece despite the worry and chaos. It resolves a lot of the questions the film didn't answer, and more than that you've done an excellent job with the way Irena feels about her place in the world as a whole. Wow!

(Just cause I'm a nerd and we've talked about my brain's confusion of the senses: this entire fic had a hazy green colour over it and the line 'Irena's voice is thready, unfamiliar to her own ears' tastes like pencil shavings and grapes, so make of that what you will!)
