Well, any doubts I had that this story would be a stellar piece of work were squeezed out of my mind like the blueberry juice the instant I began to read it. The way you presented everything was very clear and detailed, more than enough to immerse the reader (one of them obviously being myself!) into Kunga's unfortunate experience. I loved the Fudge Mountain scene at the end as well, and of course, we all know who is involved in this so-called "next round of testing" as you say... ;)

I wrote a story somewhat similar to this one a couple of years ago, called "When Chocolate Meets the Airwaves", and it's about how Television Chocolate was invented. You can find it on my profile, but don't worry, no Oompa-Loompas were harmed in my story. Keep up the fabulous work! I'm looking forward to seeing where your writing will go from here.

This is really good. I like the idea that nobody had any idea what would happen so they just him go ahead and test the chewing gum, which is a very different situation to the one in the films and book. I've always thought the juicing process would be scary and painful but it seems more exhausting here. You would think Wonka would have been more insistent on Violet spitting out the chewing gum, having seen the long term effects for himself...
