It may just be the scientist guy misunderstanding in the story, but in case it’s not I want to say that Imagine Breaker isn’t magical or scientific, it’s something much greater.

The chapters are too short, and a revamped chapter shouldn't be the third chapter.

Well you predicted the future

There is no way Aleister will allow Kihara to reveal Magic existence much less Touma Imagine Breaker.
Aleister goal is to rid the Phases or the event that the distort the fate of the World, as Touma hand Imagie Breaker is the key reference of the world which mean it can return the world to it's original self.
For a man that attempt to destroy Magic by using Touma, you would think he would beat Kihara up to secure the secret.

The premise is certainly interesting so I'm looking forward to see more.

When Will the next chapter be released

Your pacing is to fast... take it slow. At least give a reactions from Touma's other classmates like Himegami and Fukiyose. Also where the story take place? Is this before the Battle Royale Arc?

When you say "Aiho", are you referring to Yomikawa Aiho? Because the only people who ever address her as Aiho are her old friend (and now freeloader) Yoshikawa and her diminutive colleague, Komoe (and even that's only when they are out drinking - at school it's "Yomikawa" and "Komoe").

Also, depending on when in the timeline you are basing this is occuring (if the video included Tsuchimikado shooting Oyafune Monaka then it must be after the Document of Constantine arc), then Misaka Mikoto should at least already be aware of Touma's power, and if it post-Hawaii then she should already be aware of the existence of magic (even if she doesn't understand it).

Better not abandon this

Accelerator's probably pissed at all this...and may have gone to kill Kihara at this point.
