A good name for it would be overcharge and it should deal 100,000 damage to a user without lightning resistance and 900,000 damage as either a super lightning bolt or as a area of affect attack. She seems to be limited to normal summon stats but without a class container she could grow new skills.
It makes me curious about what kind of skill she might gain. Maybe a disguise one? Riding perhaps as she gets older and more capable.

I'm eager to see how Adrian corrupts the little rose. Her experiences are basically gonna be molded by his whim so she could go crazy or be his greatest enforcer somewhat like belatrix.
It would be amusing to see her hate evil but unavoidably become evil.

There have been several fun stories that have such fire based techniques.
Imagine that he could rapidly drain heat from his surroundings and either store it inside him as a kind of secondary power core or unleash it as an attack.
Not only would the ice cause lots of damage but then to be rapidly reheated? Just obliteration.
He kind of needs that sort of trump card given how some worlds are drastically more powerful and he can't always end up in relatively safe worlds with pretty slow gradual power scaling.
Imagine having stored enough heat to screw over kaguya? Although he might want her as his which isn't so far fetched considering her apparent sexual frustration with the reverse harem jutsu and all.

Anyways it would be nice to have a few individuals that could grow and maintain some usefulness despite probably never being able to match Adrian in growth unless there was a special case.
