Both Pure and Vanguard divisions sound the same by your description of them. Really no need for the two separate divisions when it sounds like they do the exact same thing.

Seems to me the first reaction a Huntress in training would have to someone behind you would be to raise there Aura while turning. Seriously, it would be a damn reflex, that needle really shouldn't have worked other than "plot" as the reason.
