I'm really enjoying this story! Can't wait for your next update!

Sirius is pretty smart I think he’ll figure out that she is suffering from the after effects of the cruciatus curse. I don’t think he’ll need to see her scar to realize she was tortured. I hope she isn’t confronted by James or anything because her trauma is real and being forced to relive and explain what happened would be pretty retraumatizing. She should talk about it if she wants not because James is a judge mental hothead. If he doesn’t confront Hermione I hope his friends and lily put him in his place and he feels like crap!

I LOVE your story. Keep up the good writing.
Suggestion: If your trying to find a way for the friends to have good reason for confronting Hermione, maybe use the scar Bellatrix gave her. Then is would be easy for someone like Lily, Remus, or even Sirius to connect the tremors she had with the Cruciatus, and her seclusion from everyone else.

Yay, I hated that Dobby died. Very glad he didn't in your story. I wonder how they are going to be able to break into Gringotts though without Hermione.

You write well and the characters feel natural so far. Still a very short chapter but I do like your story.

Good chapter but way too short.

Action-packed start! Apparition doesn't feel like a pull at the navel though, that's how a portkey feels. Apparition is described as being squeezed through a tube and having all the air pushed out of your lungs cause they are so compressed.

But still, very nice, exciting start.
