The fic is a really nice idea, it's written nicely (though you might want to re-read it once or twice to catch those pesky typos) and flows well.

As for the pairing question you left in the previous chapter, Mina is a definite possibility, but I'd like to toss an unusual suggestion: Ibara Shiozaki. What better victory for Lucifer's son than to corrupt the pious girl? Daddy dearest would love it for sure!

The first chapter was interesting, than this chapter killed any fucking interest I had.

Quite a good flashback chapter.
How it went after they first bumped into each other was very touching.
Their brother-sister relationship is just precious.
I look forward to next time to find out what happened after Izuku agreed to Alastor's deal with the handshake happening this time that Charlie before avoided.

You certainly have caught my interest with this.

Certainly one of the most interesting things I've ever seen happen with either Hazbin or MHA.

I've been skimming through a lot of Hazbin Hotel Fanfics, and I just want say that this is some goooooood sh*t. It's a really great fic with great writing, and it leaves me with the feeling of wanting more. Which I'm always looking for in any book, fanfic or otherwise. So kudos to you, good sir/maam.

Where is the next part?

As a fan of Hazbin Hotel, I gott say, you NAILED the portrayal of EVERY. SINGLE. CHARACTER!

Seriously, Lucifer hasn't even appeared yet and somehow you were able to give him a canon worthy portrayal and I LOVE it!

Although, it would be nice to see more of Izuku's insecurities, doubts and anxieties at the for front but I guess makes sense why he's a little more confident in hell since its the only place he could use his quirk, but I'll let you explore that better in later chapters.

But I would have been better to see more of Izuku's heroic spirit at some point since he gets a little too indulgent when he awakens his demon side.

I have a feeling All Might would be a little put off after learning he's the son of the King of Hell but I don't think that would get in the way of their father and son like relationship.
