I had an idea on how you can do both IzuOcha and IzuHarem from there, if you haven't planned to reveal Izuku's identity before he's back into his body : have him end up with Ochako, but end the story on a plot twist that he can still see Tooru. Then bam, sequel story where the secret comes out, Ochako is too mortified to even look at Deku for a while, which gives time for the other girls to discuss (yell?) the situation with him, stuff happens, happy harem ending.
And NOBODY in the harem can look at Midnight without laughing/blushing like crazy

would you try a hand with toga? Imagine if toga was playing with her knife then she sees dekumaru and picks him up trying to cut some meat she stole to feed dekumaru. then tomura comes in and stops her misunderstanding the situation surprising the young female villain to see her leader having a love for dogs. this would allow deku to learn about league of villains origins. then again that would be dumb since shigaraki could connect the dots quickly and kill deku instantly even if dekumaru doesn't have the device on him that would reveal his speaking pattern.

/N made me yea, nanobots in brain that communicate an omnidirectional text bubble definitely sounds over the top. But this makes reading the chapter so easier cause imagining a dog communicating only by writing just broke the flow of the story. It's, hilariously, easier to just imagine that the dog is talking/thinking loud than it is to imagine him writing sentences

Nice idea with the translator, but how will it do with a Dekumatu mutterfest?
