Wouldn't a change such as Julia's arrival at UA at a couple of years early be enough of a change to warrant sharing this information with All Might and Nezu? Especially when her admission to UA appears to have been sponsored by someone other than her original sponsor (Recovery Girl).

first off your chapters are perfectly size people just don't know how to take a cliffhanger, or every time the chapter ends you leave them craving for more. That is good, it mean the story is good. Also it might be too late but what you could try to do is end the story where season 4 ends so you don't have to include the other ofa quirks. Love the chapter and I think shigiragi was able to go back with deku, because afo and ofa are connected and will always be, so if shigiragi goes back in time so would midoriya

Shigiraki also traveling back in time explains a lot. Given his knowledge of past events, I now have to wonder why he even bothered with the USJ attack, unless he considered it an opportunity to meet and evaluate his rival and to tell the hero his plans (doesn't anyone ever pay attention when they go over this in Villains 101).

Also not so sure about the addition of an OC at this point, but we'll see how this develops.

Love the conflict you are integrating into Izuku's plan. I'm interested in how Izuku with still reach Eri before Shigaraki. Keep up the great work.

honestly its as question I have in canon. All Night's full power can obliterate mountains. 5% of that would certainly be more impressive then what is shown.
