I feel like Vader would tell him that the only reason why he lives is because his Daughter begged him not to do so, and he gave her a life of relative luxury so he is thanking him for that. Maybe he will inform him about how well she's doing just to spite him. Maybe Vader can mention their mother after Leia reveals her dream of becoming a senator, while mentioning to Luke that she was the ONE good politician he met.
I feel like that bounty hunter should be paid double, since he brought Vader both his kids. That might be good exposition if you plan to inform other characters about Vader having both kids, Ahsoka sitting in a bar, with a loud drunk bragging about bringing Luke Skywalker to his dad Vader, then getting extra for his sister Leia, or Obiwan hearing it, either way.
